DESCRIPTION:From 9 to 11 June 2024, the IIR will participate in the 8th IIR Conference on Sustainability and the Cold Chain. It will be the occasion to promote SophiA and to display some brochures.  \nFirst held in 2010 in Cambridge (United Kingdom), this IIR conference series has become a recognised event for presenting the most cutting-edge cold chain technologies.  \nThe 8th Conference, organised by the Japan Society of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (JSRAE), is scheduled to take place at Waseda University in Tokyo (Japan). This conference will provide a unique opportunity for experts to exchange on important topics such as decarbonising the grid, sustainable food and cold chains, reducing energy use, and using heat recovery, among others, as part of the solution to challenges facing the industry.  \nTo find out more about the conference, check the IIR website. \n \n \n \n \n \n
