SUMMARY:3rd International Summer School on Sustainability
DESCRIPTION:The Hochshule Karlsruhe (HKA) will open its doors to students for the third edition of the International Summer School on Sustainability (i3s), from September 9 to 13, 2024!    \nBuilding on the success of the two previous editions held in Rapperswil (Switzerland) and Braşov (Romania), the 2024 edition of the Summer School will make its way to Karlsruhe, Germany.   \nAs a partner in the SophiA project, Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (HKA) will be presenting SophiA technologies to the students.   \nCome to the sunniest region of Germany and learn many interesting things about sustainability, including the topics: \n\nSustainable societies \nLife cycle assessments \nBiodiversity \nGlobal warming \nSustainable refrigeration, air conditioning and heating \nRenewable energy \nWater management \nSustainable society and mobility \nElectric vehicles \nLithium extraction from geothermal water \n\n\nHydrogen \nEnergy storage \nTeam building \nEU project SophiA \nEU project PrAEctiCe \n\nDiverse perspectives and backgrounds are required for sustainable solutions.
