SUMMARY:SophiA at the ESEF 2023 in Praia
DESCRIPTION:The ECOWAS Sustainable Energy Forum (ESEF) is one of the largest energy events in West Africa. It was initiated in 2016 by the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) to support investments in sustainable energy anchored on ambitious policies on the part of ECOWAS Member States. \nIt is a platform for improving the policy and regulatory landscape for private sector investment through engagement between ECOWAS policymakers, regional and international private sector stakeholders and financial institutions. It is under this context that the 8th edition is under the theme: “Empowering Sustainable Energy in the ECOWAS Region”. \nThis Forum will take place on October 12 and 13, 2023 in the city of Praia, headquarters of ECREEE, and is organised in partnership with the Government of Cabo Verde. \nSophiA communication materials will be distributed to the participants and displayed at the IIR shared booth. \nFind out more about the ESEF 2023: http://www.ecreee.org/event/ecowas-sustainable-energy-forum-esef-2023 \n \n
